We work one on one with you to create a tailor-made vacation itinerary that includes everything you want from your journey to Belize: accommodations, tours, and transportation services provided by the most highly rated and well respected overnight destinations and tour providers. Everything about your trip is specifically crafted to meet your particular interests, time constraints, and budget. Once we have created your custom vacation package, we will confirm all of the accommodations and services here on the ground and keep things simple for you so that you can just relax and look forward to your journey, knowing that all the details have been taken care of.

Payment Terms:

SabreWing Travel works with many on the ground tour operators and accommodations providers to create your custom journey and each of our Belize partners has their own deposit, payment, and cancellation policies. We have created our policies to agree with those of our local partners.

  • To confirm a reservation more 90 days before the travel date, SabreWing Travel requires that you pay a fifty percent (50%) deposit on the total value of the trip so that we may secure the on the ground accommodations and services for your journey to Belize.

  • The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due 90 days prior to the travel date.

  • To confirm a reservation less than 90 days before the travel date, SabreWing Travel requires that you pay one hundred percent (100%) of the total value of the trip.

  • Twenty five percent (25%) of the total value of the trip (or half of the initial deposit) is considered non-refundable once the deposit has been paid and the trip is confirmed.

  • Please note that once a booking is confirmed, it may not be altered or cancelled by the guest without penalty and any changes to a confirmed itinerary will be subject to the cancellation and refund policies outlined below.

How to Pay for Your Trip:

Payment for your trip can be made online here via Visa or MasterCard. When you are ready to confirm your trip, we will provide you with a confirmation reference number that you will enter below. This will take you to a secure portal managed by Atlantic Bank Limited where you can enter your credit card details and proceed to pay directly into our account here in Belize. We will email you as soon as we receive the confirmation that your deposit payment has been made, and will then proceed to confirm your booking. Once the balance of your trip has been paid in full, we will send you a detailed description of your itinerary and a packing list along with other helpful information regarding your journey to Belize.

Please note

  • We can only receive credit card payments from Visa and MasterCard. Your payment will be processed in US Dollars and our bank will not add any additional currency conversion fees. However, some credit card companies may consider this a "foreign transaction" and levy a fee so please check with your company about this before proceeding with your payment.

  • You may also pay via bank wire. If you prefer this option, we will send you the details on how to proceed.

  • Remember, that twenty five percent (25%) of the total value of the trip (or half of the initial deposit) is non-refundable once the deposit has been paid.

Our Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Cancellations and Alterations:

  • Alterations to confirmed trip itineraries that involve changes to any previously confirmed accommodations or tour services will be treated as cancellations and subject to our refund policy.

  • Cancellations of itineraries must be made in writing via email and sent to visitbelize@sabrewingtravel.com

  • SabreWing Travel and its local partners (hotels, lodges, tour providers, etc.) shall not be held responsible for any alterations/cancellations that stem from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, flight cancellations, local/global disease outbreaks or pandemics, and family emergencies.

  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from trip cancellations and strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance to avoid any losses that may result from trip alterations and/or cancellations. Travel Guard and Travel Safe both offer some good options and cover travel to Belize.

Refund Policy:

  • Twenty five percent (25%) of the total value of the trip (or half of the initial deposit) is non-refundable once the deposit has been paid and the trip is confirmed.

  • Cancellation of itineraries made 90 days or more prior to the travel date will be refunded 75% of the total trip amount.

  • Cancellation of itineraries made 60-89 days prior to the travel date will be refunded 50% of the total trip amount.

  • Cancellation of itineraries made 46-60 days prior to the travel date will be refunded 25% of the total trip amount.

  • Cancellation of itineraries made less than 45 days prior to the travel date shall receive no refund whatsoever.
